For the past few months I have been training hard almost every day. Today is my day off, from work, training ect. I'm sitting here letting my body recover and letting my mind refresh. A visit to triathlon/race related sites, motivates me to continue this hard training regiment.
This year in racing, I have a schedule that is pretty full. Starting with the St. Louis Marathon April 6, 2008 and ending November 1, 2008 with Ironman Florida. In between there are several races, check out my schedule:

With this schedule a training plan comes into play. Last year my plan was to swim, bike and run alot. This year I'm searching for assistance to guide me through so my A race in November will be the true test. There are so many coach's and training programs to choose from. So far no luck but, with a positive spirit and goals I will succeed.
I am gonna enjoy this day and be back at it again tomorrow, refreshed.
